Sugar Cookies
1 lb. margarine
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon extract
6 cups flour sifted
1 tsp. soda
¼ tsp salt
Cream together sugar and margarine. Add eggs and flavoring and blend. Stir in dry ingredients. Chill about 2 hours (overnight is ok too). Roll to 1/8 inch thickness and use your
favorite cookie cutters. Bake at 375 for
8 to 10 minutes.
Frosting:
Combine cream cheese, butter, milk, lemon
extract and powdered sugar.
