Ice Cream
Ice Cream
For 4 qt. freezer
4 cups fruit
2 cups sugar (less if fruit is sugary)
1 pt. cream (or more if you want richer ice cream)
juice 1 lemon
pinch of salt
put in freezer, then add enough milk to fill ¾ full
