Peanut Butter Candy
1—18 oz. jar creamy peanut butter (2 cups)
1 square butter
2 cups powdered sugar (use a bit more if
needed)
1 tsp. vanilla
10 graham crackers
Crush graham crackers until fine, add to the
above, mix all together until nice and smooth.
Put in dripper and press to about ½ inch or less thickness.
Melt
½ lb. Hershey’s sweet chocolate bar in
double boiler (not to hot, melt slowly).
When it is melted enough to spread, spread over the candy adding chopped
nuts or coconut. Let cool and cut into
squares.
