Barb-q-Burgers (Emma Rae Eyre WB)
1 1b. gr. Beef
2/3 cup shopped onion
2 TB fat
½ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can chicken gumbo soup
¼ cup water
1 TB catsup
1 TB prepared mustard
Cook meat and onion in fat until brown. Add rest of ingredients and simmer 30
minutes. Serve on buns. Serves 8.
