Cheesecake (Alane Nielson—Good and Easy)
Crust:
16 whole graham crackers
½ cup butter melted
½ cup sugar
Crush the graham crackers up until they are
fine. Stir in the sugar and butter and
mix well. Press into a springform
pan. Set aside.
Filling:
3—8oz.
Cream cheese (room temperature)
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4 egg whites
Bet the egg whites until very frothy. In a separate bowl, cream the cream cheese,
sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add the
eggs to the cream cheese mixture and mix until combined. Pour cream cheese filling over the crust and
bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool
completely and then refrigerate overnight.
Top with your favorite topping.
