Icebox Lemon Dessert

Icebox Lemon Dessert

I cup carnation milk, cover with cold water and boil 10 minutes, cool with cool water and refrigerate overnights.
blend together 1 package of lemon jello and 3/4 cup sugar and add 1/2 cup boiling water and stir well.
Add juice of 2 lemons and grated rind.  Refrigerate stirring often.  When thick, beat milk in large bowl at high speed until thick peaks form.  Fold in lemon mixture well.

8-10 graham crackers until fine
8x10 pan lined w/graham cracker
decorate w/ crackers, set for four hours
