Pumpkin Dessert (Sherry Adams)
Crust:
1 pkg yellow or spice cake mix (reserve 1 cup
of cake mix)
1 egg
½ cup melted butter
2nd layer:
2 ½ cup pumpkin
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1 tsp cinnamon
Top crust crumbled:
1/8 cup flour
½ cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon (use ½ if spice cake mix)
½ cup nuts
4 TB butter
Bake 50-60 (45) mins at 350
