Self-filled cupcakes
1 pkg chocolate cake mix
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese (softened)
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
dash of salt
1 6 oz pkg (1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Fill paper cups 2/3 full with cake batter. Cream the cheese with sugar, beat egg and
salt in. Stir in chips. Drop a rounded tsp. full cheese mixture into
each cup. Frost. Makes 30
