Pumpkin Pie (Myrtle
Wray)
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp cloves
1 cup pumpkin
2 egg yolds, well beaten
3 TB corn starch
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp ginger
½ tsp. Salt
2 c. canned milk
Stir all dry ingredients together first; Cook in double
boiler
Bake Shell first; pour in filling
Double recipe makes 3 8” pies.
