Fresh Fruit Pies

Fresh Fruit Pies (Shirley Cazier)

1 pkg. peach (raspberry, strawberry) jello
1 cup sugar
2 cups water
2 TB cornstarch

Bring water to a boil  Add all ingredients and bring to boil again.  Cool.  Add fresh sliced peaches already slightly sweetened.  Put a little flour in bottom of pie crust.  Pour in filling.  Add cooled instant vanilla pudding (cream filling) on top one hour before serving.  Top with whipped cream.
