Cordon Blue
4 chicken breasts, boned, flat
4 slices ham
4 slices swish cheese
Dust with flour. Dip in egg and crumb mixture:
¾ c. bread crumbs
¼ c. parmesan cheese
1 TB diced parsely
½ garlic and cheese salad dressing (in an envelope)
chill 1 hr.
Place in dish and bake at 325 (350?) for 30-45 minutes
Sauce:
1 c. cream of chicken soup
½ c. c. sour cream
