Coconut-Pecan Frosting

Cocoanut-Pecan Frosting

Combine 1 cup evaporated milk, 1 cup sugar, 3 egg yolks, ¼ lb. margarine and 1 tsp vanilla.  Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened, about 12 minutes.  Add 1 1/3 cup Bakers Angel Flake Cocoanut and 1 cup of chopped pecans.  Beat until thick enough to spread.  Makes 2 2/3 cups.
