Chicken and Rice

Chicken and Rice (Shellie Larsen)

8 chicken breasts, browned
1 ½ cup rice
2 bullion cubes
minced onion
mushrooms

In 9x13 greased pan, put rice, then pour over 3 ½ cup water with 2 bullion cubes dissolved (or chicken broth), 1 can mushrooms with juice.  Set chicken on top.  Cover.  Bake at 350 for 1 hour.


Back of recipe says 4 cups broth and water and 2 cups rice
