Chicken Cashew Chinese Casserole

Chicken Cashew Chinese Casserole

Mix with cream of mushroom soup:
1 or 2 c. boned chicken
¼ c. celery chopped fine
1 T onion or ¼ c. chopped onion
½ c. cashews
1 3 oz chow mein noodles (1 1/2 -2 c.)
1/3 c. water


Bake 375 for 25 minutes with the celery and cashews on top.
