Swenson’s Swedish Hotcakes
3 eggs
1 c milk
8 TB flour (more may be needed)
1/3 tsp. salt
3 TB melted fat
Beat 1st four ingredients with beaters then add
fat. Fry in hot, lightly greased pan
until brown on both sides.
Double recipe I use 1
½ c. milk instead of 2
