Quiche Lorraine
(use fresh sautéed mushrooms)
prepare 1 pie crust recipe flute edges
combine 1 ½ c. cheese (grated mild cheddar)
¼ ? tsp flour. Pour
into pie shell. Sprinkle 1 c. diced ham onto cheese. Combine 3 eggs in separate bowl, I c. milk or
light cream, ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp dry mustard.
Beat (heat) until smooth. Bake at
400 for about 1 hour. Garnish with
parsley.
