Crab-stuffed Mushrooms

Crab-stuffed Mushrooms

1 lb. fresh mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
½ c. butter
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
½ c. fresh parsely
½ c. fresh grated parmesan cheese
½ c. crab meat
Stems from mushrooms, chopped
3 eggs
2 T. capers


In a medium-size bowl, combine butter, garlic, parsley, cheese, and mushroom stems.  Add egg mixture (it will be sticky.  Fold in capers.  Preheat oven to 400.  Stuff mushroom caps and bake on a lightly greased cookie sheet for 10 minutes or until brown.
