Honey Butter

Honey Butter

Blend:
2 egg yolk
½ c butter or margarine, softened
1/3 cup mild-flavored honey

refrigerate and use as desired

Variation by adding:
  1. 2 T fresh orange or lemon juice and 1 tsp grated peel.
  2. ½ cup uncooked prunes, pitted and chopped.
  3. 1 tsp cinnamon
