Hot Rolls

Hot Rolls
(Marge Johnson)

Dissolve:
2 pks yeast
½ tsp sugar
½ c. warm water

Add:
3 beaten eggs

Heat: (just until warm)
½ c. sugar
1 cube butter
1 c. milk
1 tsp salt

Add melted mixture to eggs and yeast.
Add: 5 cups sifted flour

Let rise once or twice if you have time.  Shape as desired.  Let raise and bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
