Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

2 c. pumpkin seed, washed
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
3 TB butter mleted
1 tsp salt


Boil seeds in small amount of salted water for 10 min.  Dry on paper towels.  Pour mixture over seeds and bake 1 to 2 hours at 225. Stir often.
