Pumpkin Bread

Pumpkin Bread

3 ½ c. flour
½ tsp baking powder
2 tsp soda
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cloves
3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 c. water
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin

mix in given order.  Makes 3 loaves or 8 miniature.  Bake at 375 for 45-60 minutes. 

Frosting (if desired)
1 pkg. cream cheese
½ c. butter
I pkg. powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla


pour over loaves as glaze
