Crab'n cracker mold

Crab’n cracker mold (Joan Nielsen)

1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
I green onion chopped finely
1 c. celery chopped finely
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can crab

Dissolve gelatin in ½ c. cold water.  Add soup a little at a time and heat.  Remove from heat and add cream cheese.  Stir until smooth.  Add onion, celery, mayonnaise and crab.  Pour into mold and set.  Serve w/ crackers.
