makes 50 triangles
Ingredients:
1 lb. phyllo
2 chicken breasts
2 TB butter
2 ½ TB flour
1 tsp curry
1 c. milk
½ tsp salt
½ chopped walnuts
mince chicken. Melt butter, add flour, and curry. Cook 2 minutes. Add milk and whisk until thick. Add salt, nuts and chicken. Cool
