Shrimp Cream Puff Filling

Filling for small cream puff cases (shrimp)

8 ox. Cream cheese
½ tsp horse radish
1 TB grated onion
1 TB lemon juice
1 cn chopped shrimp
2 TBS finely chopped celery
Mayonnaise to give desired consistency to spread.


Mix ingredients together. Cut open small cream puff cases.  Put teaspoon of filling into each case.  This amount should fill about 36 small cases.
