Some yummy looking chocolate dessert???
16 oz. semisweet chocolate
2/3 cup water
2 packages (8 oz) cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
7 cups whipping cream (1 1/2 12oz tubs)
Graham-Cracker crust
1 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
12x16x1 1/2 cookie sheet
Crust:
2 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs, 2/3 cup
melted butter, 1/2 cup sugar. Mix crumbs
and sugar, add butter. Press into 12x16
pan and up the sides. Bake at 375 for 8
minutes
Pie:
1 Stir chocolate with water over low heat
until melted and smooth; cool
2. Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until
smooth; add chocolate.
3. Fold in 7 cups whipped topping
4. Spoon half of the chocolate mixture into
crust. Sprinkle with crushed candy canes
and press down gently. Carefully spread
remaining chocolate mixture over filling.
5. Put into freezer, we will top with whipped
cream at the church
