Peach Pie (Eileen)

Fresh Peach Pie (Eileen)

Shell:
1 ½ c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup melted margarine
1 egg white
1/3 cup sugar

Mix all ingredients together and press into 9” pie pan.  Make 10 minutes in moderate oven.

Filling:
2 cups sliced fresh peaches
1/3 cup sugar (may not need)
¼ cup maraschino cherries
1 cup whipping cream
10 marshmallows (cut up)
½ cup nuts
¼ cup orange juice

Banana or Cocoanut: pour in half filling, add fruit, then remaining filling.  Decorate with cocoanut or bananas.
Chocolate: decorate with chocolate and nuts
Butter pecan: decorate with nuts
